Is early considered context or time? (で vs に particle use help)

早くで公園に走る。

OR

早くに公園に走る。

What is more correct? My mindset when comprehending this is that 早くis not an explicit reference to time so it's fine to use で.

You're right. The first sentence is collect.

I never say 早くで.

Sorry, 早くに公園"で"走る。 is right! Plus, in this situation, I would use 朝早く(early in the morning)
